Elite Flag Football League Partners with All22 for Inaugural Showcase & 16-City Community Impact Season
September 19, 2025
Montclair, NJ — The Elite Flag Football League (EFFL) proudly announces a groundbreaking partnership with All22, the global leader in football scouting, to launch the league’s Inaugural Showcase & Community Impact Event on October 11, 2025, at Nishuane Park in Montclair, New Jersey. This event marks the beginning of a 16-city season with play beginning in March of 2026, designed to merge professional athletics, youth empowerment, and community
engagement.
This first-of-its-kind initiative combines professional-level scouting, sustainable giving, and global exposure. With a presence in more than 70 countries, a network of 40+ scouts, and cutting-edge verified performance data, All22 ensures that local athletes will be scouted, evaluated, and connected to opportunities worldwide.
“Flag football is speed, skill, and pure excitement—and Montclair is the perfect stage for our athletes to shine,” said Quintus McDonald, Interim President of the EFFL. “With All22, we’re not just playing games—we’re opening pathways to real futures in sport.”
Weekend Kick-Off: Empowerment Through Giving
The Showcase begins with the Empower You Campaign, led by I AM Recycling, Inc. and C4SI, and supported by the Callagy Foundation, delivering $20,000 in direct community support across Essex County.
• 9:00 a.m. – The HUBB Arts & Trauma Center, Newark
Presentation of $11,000 in debit cards, including a portion dedicated to sustainable giving for long-term impact. The HUBB Arts & Trauma Center, a nationally recognized model for youth-focused trauma recovery and community healing, will also play a central role in the EFFL’s broader season. Through its programs in arts, education, wellness, and leadership development, The HUBB ATC has been at the forefront of breaking cycles of harm and creating pathways to healing and empowerment for Newark’s youth. “At The HUBB, we believe in creating safe, culturally affirming spaces where young people can heal, grow, and thrive,” said Al-Tariq Best, Founder & CEO of The HUBB Arts & Trauma Center. “This partnership with the EFFL and I AM Recycling aligns perfectly with our mission—because when sports, wellness, and community come together, we are not just building athletes, we are building whole lives.”
• 11:30 a.m. – Mahir’s Unisex Barbershop, Montclair
Distribution of 170 debit cards alongside 170 bags of fresh food provided by Toni’s Kitchen, with Reach Out Montclair adding cakes and snacks for families. I AM Recycling, Inc. and our EMPOWER YOU Youth initiative is in complete alignment with the vision of The HUBB Arts & Trauma Center of Newark, NJ. The combination of these two systems will serve as the community engagement platform for youth in each of the 16 cities participating in the Inaugural Season of the Elite Flag Football League, bringing Professional Athletics to the Flag Football Arena.
